MSEB not providing single phase even we have electic meter & same has been regularly bill paid

As my home is outside the village so need light at night due fear of Tiger already & having single phase connection, but MSEB people not providing Single phase supply while load shading, they just ignore the request.and told that your home is away from main DP.but actually it is closer to DP.

Please look in to this request..
