Not getting modified pan card

I have send my request to change name of Pan card, i checked online name has been changed, but they are telling address is not matching, two times i sent all document i.e. passport, driving letter, degree, municipal counselor letter etc. but from last 2 months i have not got my renamed PAN card. pleas guide me.
