Caller tones activate without information

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have reliance nokia handset 6235 with prepaid conection. last few days i am facing some probles with your service, you have activate the reliance caller tones wihtout any information, i have no need this service. so we are requested please do not active this service on my cell -09312748579
