I have logged a compliant regarding the non-performance of my Nokia on 25th November and I quite surprised that I have not received any response from you. The set is hardly 2 months old and you people at service center are not able to identify the problem and they are taking more than 20-25 days to convey the status. It is quite pathetic that a reputed company like Nokia is taking such a long time to address this problem. I request you to immediately give instruction to replace the set. I am in traveling business and no contacts to my clients and the handset is quite vital for my profession. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.
