Dear Sir,

I have lost a Mobile phone i have been using on 11/06 at 1010 Hrs at Ambattur, Chennai.

The details of the phone: - Make - NOKIA - 1208 with IMEI No.352930023912118

Kindly help me by blocking the services of the above mobile phone/handset and is it possible to get an acknowledgement or confirmation for the same.
