Water leakage and very bad service

I have acquaguard nova water purifier and has been using for more than a year. I got my service contract renewed recently and the machine is under the AMC. I registerd the complaint against the water leakage on Sep 29 th. One tech came and increase the water leakage instead of fixing it. He told he will fix it in two days. It was 4 days no body turned up to repair it. I have register complaint again on Oct 3rd and this time they took 4 to 6 six days to attend the complaint. He took the machine and went off. No update on the repair status. I have to keep following it up with the call center and finally they give service center number. I contacted them to get the status and they are keep saying will get it tomorrow.!!! today is oct 20 and I have not received the equipment yet. Not sure whom to contact for this.??? Kindly help me out of this.
