I purchased a Nokia-2505 CDMA mobile phone from our nearest retailer. Since the purchase of the phone I could not able to use the same, because the phone had a manufacturing defect. When the out sider call on my mobile, the mobile often says not reachable, when similarly I had tried the same sim card to the another mobile. Then it is OK. I submited the phone for repair purpuse to the Nokia Care of
Chandni Chawak, kolkata, India (CDMA service center) four times, but everytime they assured me that the phone is completly repaired. But everytime I got the same problem after repair. Now I am hopeless on Nokia Care. I want replacement of the phone or my money back. Please do the needful.
