I AM A STUDENT OF NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF DESIGN
I m extremely irritated, disappointed and mentally tortured because of the great services that you offer. To my utter disgust and annoyance for past MONTH AND HALF, I have been through hell because of you. I am a student at the NID and my cell phone is the only way I can connect to the outer world and for that matter my near and dear one. I got this phone a few months ago. One day it suddenly for no reason it switches off n does not start again. I took it to the near by nokia care. They kept it for a week and sent it to Delhi to get it repaired. the hour I got it, it stopped working again in less that half an hour... the second time I gave it they kept it 4 over two weeks and it stopped working in two days... Again, there is no reason why it should happen can’t an international company who has high clams repair a phone in three weeks the amount of time I have spent coming and going to nokia, care is not funny. IT IS IRRITATING AS THIS PHONE STOPS FUNCTIONING EVEN AFTER WHEN IT IS REPAIRED BY THE COMPANY. IT IS REALLY A QUESION WHAT ARE YOU DOING AS LEADING CELL PHONE COMPANY IN THE WORLD IF YOU CANNOT FIX A PHONE... WHATS THE POINT IF A PHONE STOPS WORKING THREE TIMES IN A MONTH WHEN IT HAS BEEN COMING AND GOING TO THE DELHI OFFICE... WHAT THE POINT OF ME HAVING PAYED ALL THAT MONEY... TO GET MORE TROUBLE???
PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT AS I HAVE LOST MY PACITANCE AND LOADS OF VALUABLE TIME. SINCE YOU HAVE PROVED THAT YOU CANT FIX MY PHONE YOU SHOULD REPLACE IT.
