I am disappointed with yours employees behaviour

This complaint is for fitting a gas pipeline near to my gallery without taking our permission through rushing my home forcefully. Their labors were misbehave with my family and rush into my home forcefully. So now they told you can do whatever you want we have done with our work. So what shall i do?
