Mobile stolen on 30/6/08 in Metro Train, Delhi between Kashmire Gate & Pitampura during evening time

Sir,

My mobile (3200) EMEI No.352518005904193 has been stolen by some one in Metro Train during my journey from Kashmeri Gate to Pitampura (Delhi) on 30.6.2008 in the evening hours. Please help me by detecting the same, who is using it & at what no. so further police/legal action can be initiated against the theaf. (After the incident I Immediately blocked the same through service provider 'vodafone'.Waiting for your reply and action.
