Not getting refund

Dear Sir

I filled up the IPO of Adani Power for 260 share @ 26000 with the applicaion No. 4605327 and alooted me only 98 share on 30/7. So, my refund value is 16800.00 Rs.

Still I am not getting my refund order even after four months

Please let me know what I can do for getting this
