Hello i also have a problem with airtel postpaid connection

my number is 09987250029 i am using this number sine 32 months

but still i count understand this unbill amt

its Airtel problem that they charge proreta basis

but its wrong the customer care is not getting connected and agents are disconnecting calls when we dont get right response from there end overall not satisfied with the servicess my problem is

i have credit limit of 22000 airtel is sending me an sms on 11th may that ur usage is 1006 till 10th of may and on 11th may evening airtel is disconnecting my servicess and that to without informing me (as customer) and when i am calling customer care the agent disconnected the call when i asked him how its possible that my usage is crossed the limits i asked him to explain the same he disconnected the call (then i called again to customer care it half an hr to get connect to an agent i asked him i want to cancel the connection and raise the complaint about it (i problem if i am paying its my right to get clarification for what i am paying) frankly the company is fooling customers

can any one help me what should i do in this situation my Complaint number is also mention
