Sound and charging related problem

I buy my cellphone nokia 5200 on 3-7.from very first day it shows problem of sound and now it is not taking charge properly few days ago i send my phone to to nokia care and they change my phones motherboard but still it's not taking charge & scenario is this my phn is dead now.i want my cell replaced now.
