MY Name is abhijeet kale, im working in private ltd co.my complaint is regarding NOKIA 5220 SOFTWARE PROBLEM.it got automatically switched off, hanged, operation failed etc, and im already visisted NOKIA CARE CENTER (VASHI SECTOR 17) me and im completely fade up wth this kind of service, actually im visisted thrice for same complaint but the stsff is so badly behaved with me.and they told me to pay Rs, 330, IM countinuosly Visited at NOKIA CARE and ALSO DEALER, BUT the dealer told u have to contact NOKIA.im getting too many jobsheet numbers, but it helpless and what to do now, will any authorised person help me out.im get rid off this

1) NOKIA CARE HAVE GOOD EXISTING CUSTOMERS BUT THEY CANT PROVIDE AFTER SALES SERVICE WHY IS IT SO?
2) AFTER BOUGHT A PHONE NOKIA DONT HAVE ANY RESPONCIBILITY TO REPLACE NOKIA PHONES WITHIN WARRANTY PERIOD?
