I bought my nokia 5220 express music (red color) from Mumbai on 31st jan, 09. After that it started sowing problems. It automatically gets switched off in between the call. I have 2 take out the battery n put it back everytime. Then screen would became white color. Somtimes the text messages wont be opening. I am highly dissatisfied with this cellphone.. Even the battery backup is not good..Hw can a battery get damaged within a year.? Plz help me by getting this phone replaced.
