If you have collected the handset and are still facing a concern with its optimal functionality, we request you to submit the phone at the nearest Nokia Care Centre and revert with the below mentioned details:

1. Complete address of the Nokia Care Centre where the handset has been submitted

2. Latest Job sheet number and date of submission of the handset

3. Previous Job Sheet numbers and their respective dates of submission

4. Date of purchase of the handset

5. IMEI/Serial number/ESN number of the mobile phone

6. Your alternate contact number

The above mentioned details are vital for us to further assist you.

There is No Synchronization between the Nokia Service Centre and the Mailing Centre..

Still now the Password functionality is not working in my mobile... SOTWARE PROBLEM IS STILL THERE

This is really stupid... After Three services from Nokia care centre for new nokia 5220 .. You are not giving the option to choose other mobile also.. and not giving my money back also..

I will put this case in consumer Court for sure...

Now also the Mobile is getting hang due to software problem...

1) Not even two months got over from the purchase date...

2) Gave the mobile to Nokia Care for Service, Twice

3) Eventhough mobile hang problem, etc is still there...

4) Nobody from your service centre called me till now..

Really need to change my mobile...

What sir, i am asking this many times. you are not even taking steps related to this. you are simply saying " We are not in a position to take decision "
