Continuous Software Problem from the of purchasing of Nokia 5220

Sir,

I am a working i a private company. I have Purchased latest model of nokia 5220 Music express on 10.09. but from the date of purchasing i had lot of problems in my mobile. While playing the music player plays its hanged and then Automatically switched off and it restarts itself. and Even profile tones are changed automatically to default sometimes. I contact the Nokia Care at Fountain chowk, Ludhiana, they said the software has corrupted and same has to changed/updated. But after 10 days same problem starts continuing. Again i contacted Nokia Care at Sec-35, Chandigarh, They also said that it is software problem and changed the same, But agian the same problem started after span of 7-8 days. I am not satisfied with the product i purchased .so i kindly request you to replace the product.
