Poor service

I had purchased a new nokia 5610 two months back. In the last month it was automatically switched off and was not getting on. I gave it to the Nokia care, Malda (28/31 Rabindra Avenue, english bazar) in West-Bengal. According to them it was a matter of 5 days to deliver my set. But 12 days has gone and till they are saying that 7 more days to go.

My job-sheet number is-373434038/080626/2.

Please take the necessary action at your end and try to deliver the set in this week itself.
