Nokia 5800 Express Music
Touch screen not working, just bought it few months back

Initially its radio wasnt working which gort fixed after keeping the phone for a week in nokia care... the touchscreen started giving problems right from the beginning... 2 weeks back it just got stuck.. given again to nokia care... no reply for last 2 weeks... feels like wasted Rs 20000!!! whom to approach regarding this problem... at present using a friends phone...
