Hi,
I have purchased Nokia’s newly launched mobile "5800 express music" dated 4 Jan. On the next day I found that there is a problem in the instrument and its incoming speaker is not working properly. I went to Nokia dealer and told so but they didn't hear to me and told that instrument is working properly and there is no such problem. Whereas when I went to other Nokia care center they found that the instrument is faulty and need to replace the speaker. But when I asked for the replacement of the instrument they told that we can’t replace the instrument.
One thing I want to ask you, Don’t you thing that this is just one type of cheating? Selling the faulty instrument and after that when costumer is getting problem on the next day only, they are telling that we will replace the part.
Why I am getting the repaired handset when I have already paid the full amount i.e. Rs. 21839 of the Nokia instrument already?
