No proper action being taken by the company

I am Fiza Chopra from Chandigarh. I bought a Nokia 5800 Xpress Music on 29th May from Chawla Brothers, sector 22, Chandigarh. Since then its giving me a lot of problems, I have already sent it to nokia care, sector 22, chandigarh, and through there to Delhi, twice and will be sending it again soon because my problem is not being solved. Within a month of the purchase if I am sending it for the third time, then something is definitely wrong with the cell and should be immediately replaced. I am shocked that why a proper action is not been taken.

I have been facing following problems in my set:

i. the mobile switches off on its own when not been used

ii. it gets hanged in between

iii. sometimes while using coloured waves and disturbances appear on the screen

iv. it also shows messages like disk error

v. while using camera it shows an error

and there many more problems that I am facing with this set.

I hope a proper action would be taken or I would have to take some other step.
