Cheating, faulty intrument

Sir,

i bought a nokia 6030 mobile from the nokia store at MI road jaipur on 23 july but just after 5 days it went dead, than igave the set to nokia care center at tonk phatak jaipur, but the problem remains the same, till then i have given the set 4 time to the same for repairment, but of no use.the attidude of the care center is quite iresponsible, i ask you, cant a average person get justice against these multinational companies, OR IS THESE FORUM JUST FOR RICH PEOPLE.i want answer or if you can, grant justice
