Faulty battery under warrenty deposited for replacement but not replaced till date

Description: Dear Sir,

I have purchased a battery (Warrenty card S. No. 100110148657, Purchase date 01-06) having replacement warrenty of 18 months for Kinetic Nova Scooty (ADDO 9LB). It was not working, so I showed it to Shop (M/s. Payal Batteries, Govind Nagar) from where It was purchased. He told after two days that Battery is faulty and since it is under warrenty, He took battery from me last month in 08 September for replacing. Now he is saying that he has sent battery to Distributer for replacing. More

than one month passed but he has not returned/replaced battery to me.

He is not giving satisfactory answer that when he will give mebattery.

I have mailed the copy of warrenty card & Bill of battery in your mail ID "[email protected]" for your kind notice & request you to please look into the matter & replace the faulty battery, so that I will not suffer.

hoping for urgent necessary action.
