I bought my Nokia 6088 CDMA from Time Emporium- a Nokia Priority Dealer in Green Park, New Delhi on May 12. Within the first week I visited them with the complaint that my phone was heating up on use and the battery was losing its charge too soon. I had to recharge my phone atleast once every day whereas my previous phone held up a charge for at least 2-3 days. The phone was heating up so much that my cheek and ear would start to feel hot and uncomfortable after talking for 4-5 minutes. They said they could do nothing and send me to the Nokia Care centre in Lajpat nagar. Since then I have taken this phone to them on 4 occasions and left it with them from 2 days to 1 month on different occasions. Every time they assure me the problem has been solved and every time it has not been solved. In the last two months the phone has been with me only for about 15 days. Please help.
