Hi

i have had the miss fortune to have been advised by your staff the nokia 6210,

within days of receiving it the plastic cheap poorly designed call disconnect area cracked. i called to ask advce and was told as i did not takeout insurance nothing could be done.

(that plastic area should not crack just by pressing to disconnect a call)

i was advised to take it to my local voda phone shop in derby and was told by one of your drongos

(his atitude was not good at all typical of todays CBA syndrome)

£40. service charge as i did not have insurance. (not good at all is it)

i have been with vodaphone14 years but no longer after this.

the write ups on this phone says its cheap and nasty and this plastic trim on the bottom of the slide

i is a definate design fault

i think your back up or staff training is very poor and i do intend to take this matter to consumer rights
