I bought this mobile from Wavelet, Chrompet, Chennai on June after ten days i faced problem of keypad jam, call disconnect and auto refresh. I kept it and experienced for two more weeks. In July I contacted the vendor and I was told that I need to approach Nokia care center, HCL-Mount Road, Anna Salai directly. Due to time frame, I could approach only in August. They took 3.5 hours and returned the mobile with respose that my handset softwere got corrupted and the same was rectified. After that in Sept I faced this problem once and again continously in Oct which irritate me.
I need permanent solutions, Can anyone help me to get this done smoothly???
