Phone Switch Off after 15 Min Talks

I have purchased Nokia 6300 from M/S Mobile Bazar, NH-6, Near Noika care, Mochi Band Chowk, Keonjhar, Orrisa srl no 351973039100899 for Rs 7800/-. After three days of purchasing the problem of phone switching off automatically after talk for 15 min when blue tooth is on and after capturing photo continuously. Phone was sent for repair through Nokia care seven times but company returned the phone every time without rectify the defect.
