I purchased your product Nokia 6500 in the month of February. Since last few months, I was facing some problem in my said phone set. I went to your Nokia Care Centre located at RDC, Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad to get the problem solved. I fully explained my problem regarding memory card and asked the concerned employee to attend my problem. She abruptly asked me to get your phone formated and redownload the programmes. I asked her to do what is necessary and charged for the services as per company rules. But she asked me to go to some shop and get your phone formated and redownloaded the programmes because our centre did not do the said job.
I surprised to know that your custmoer care centre is asking to get your company's phone set reparied at private shop because they do not have such facilities at the centre.
Your company is having a world reputation for customer care and your Nokia Care Centre is dealing your valuable customers in such a manner.
Please look into the matter and guide me with regard to my phone set.
