Nokia 6600
Phone not functional

Hi,

I received a video file from my friend Via blluetooth. And i Got a messgae saying memory is full. I then deleted couple of images and suddenly i phone displays a message "Phone Start up failed. Contact the retailer". I contacted NOkia Care Eldams Road Chennai, however they didn't understand the message and puzzled for a moment and said nothing can be done.

Please help me.
