Re:- Replacement of Nokia7210 supernova set
We are disapointed to bring to your knowledge that we have recently purchased (june) the above-noted set which is infested with certain technical problems. Phone having ear phone which is not working properly i complaints at Nokia care, Laxminagar and Shadipur Metro Station but they asking for Dabba (Box) which i waste in Gurgaon presently i m Delhi, so how can i manage, even i m providing bill of nokia priority from where i purchased. The phone got taking long charging of 5 hrs and extends upto 1/2 an hours. The phone also hangs. Since we have purchased the phone at 5500 rs, we expect full value for our money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.
