Nokia 7610
My phone is switched off

Sir, my name is kartheek.i was purchased by 7610 phone on 15-12.in that day onwards it is slowly running and also battery pickup is also less.i have already given my phone in nokia care at ongole in two times.but the phone problem was not rectified.in 20 days back nokiacare says your phone is sent to nokia company.so please rectify the problem and give me the phone quickly.thanking u sir.
