Dear Sir,

I have been working with Adecco Flexione Workforce Solutions Ltd., Pune. I have resigned from my job on 12/09. I submitted my form for PF withdrawal on 12.12.2008 to PF office Karnataka. My PF Account No. is KN/BN/34272/120765.

Till date (i.e. 24/09) I have not received any refund of my PF amount.

I kindly request you to look into the matter and credit my PF amount to my bank account written on the submitted form at the earliest.
