Nokia 7610 Model, Cell Phone
FM Radio Loud Speakers are distrabance (not Clear) and Cell Incomming and out going voice is very low

I have purchased a NOKIA CELL PHONE 7610 Model ON 11.05. INVOICE NO.1023 DRoyal Communications Kurnool. Andhrapradesh.-518002. Since purchase of this cell phone there is a FM Radio loud speaker problem, immediateliy i given in the Nokia Care Kurnool, But the problem was not rectified. In this situation what can i do and whom to contact for rectification and replacementof my cell phone. It is there fore I requerst you to give suggestion for rectifying problem or replacing of New cell phone.
