Phone not functioning properly

1) the phone cannot play songs from the memory card, even though the memory card is not full. when songs are added to the phone the the refresh button is pressed in the music player options the songs are not added.

2) the camera cannot be used and if one chooses the option of using it the screen goes blank.

3) the phone hangs up a number of times while using and sometimes because of this one cannot access the messages from the inbox nor type a message.
