Nokia Phone given for service has been crushed without my knowledge and replacement is a secondhand phone

Dear Sir

I have given my Nokia Phone Costing Rs12500/- for servicing in Nokia Customer Care. they have destroyed my phone without my knowledge and trying replace a second hand mobile. I bought it just 4month before.

Nokia is fraud... pls don't trust them.
