Tracking stolen phone

My cell was stolen on March 21st. I bought it on Jan 21st. It was Nokia 5800 Xpress Music. It's IMEI No. is 354182022936288. I have already lodged an FIR with the police. I have GPS and GPRS both activated on the phone. Please help me get my phone back. You can contact me through my email-id. Please let me know what else I can do.
