Hand set is hang many time

Hi,

I bought nokia 2626 last may with in 45 day thier was a problem regarding hanging.so tht i went the nokia center they simply update the s/w .again after 2 months i recoeved same prb then they again update the s/w.now again i recieved tht type of problem plz tell me how many times i will go to nokia center.plz give me a proper solution. I would like to say you that please kindly look this matter seriously... and hope you will solve very soon.
