I BROUGHT NEW 5800 PHONE ON THE 31/3/09 AND ON CHECKING THE AFTER 2 DAYS THE PHONE CAMERA WAS DEFECTIVE AND I TOOK THE PHONE TO THE DEALER MOBILE STORE LINSDAY STREET BRANCH FROM WHERE I HAD PURCHASED - THEY ASKED ME TO GO TO THE NOKIA CARE WHICH I DID AND AFTER WASTING MY WHOLE DAY I WAS INFMD THERE WAS NO SOFTWARE PROBLEM THE PHONE ITSELF IT DEFECTIVE AND NEEDS TO BE SEND TO DELHI AND IT SHALL TAKE 20 DAYS TO GET BACK THE REPLY. AND SINCE THEN I AM GOING TO MOBILE STORE AND NOKIA PEOPLE OVER THE PHONE AND I NEED A REPLACEMENT BUT NO REPLY FROM THEIR ENDS AND EVEN THE MOBILE STORE PEOPLE WERE RUDE WHEN I TOLD THEM I SHALL GO TO CONSUMER COURT AND THEY RUDELY SAID TO GO TO YOU'LL.
