Nokia mobile phone in warenty

Sir/Mam,

My mobile is in the warranty period. I submitted it at Nokia care center (Micronas Telecom, C-4 SECTOR 2 Noida. Tel: 01204287545) on 25 may After 9/10day I received it after repairing but after half an hour I found the mobile have the same problem.

There I show the mobile is not accepting SIM then they reply it is a problem of SIM and not with mobile set. Then I went outside and take the SIM from other customer and check the mobile set and it was not accepting that SIM also. After more then half an hours of conversation with the Nokia care manager and checking 2- 3 more SIM they accept the mobile for repair. But today is 16 June and they told to me you will get the mobile on or after Saturday. I am fed up with the Nokia care center and without the mobile set which I don’t have for last 20 days. Till now I call Nokia care center many times and visited the same also. It’s really wastage of time and money. Kindly do needful for the same or suggest me. If you require any further information kindly convey me the same.
