My name is PRATIK POPAT I bought Nokia 5800 Xpress Music on the first week of January this year. I would like to tell you that me and my family have been your customers for more than 15 yrs. I have used your phones 6225, 7610.6233, N70, N72 and my last phone was N73 till this time I did not have any problem with your phone except your Ear phones and this now is the worst part
I bought Nokia 5800 at the cost price of 22, 000Rs from your nokia gallery which is at mulund (w) at Nirmal Lifestyle in which I got earphone of SANNHEISER for free. After 10 days it came to the local market at the cost price of 18000Rs I felt I was fooled by you people. I payed 4000 thousand extra for that stupid ear phone which is so difficult to even put it in ears and it even doesn’t stay on the head. Is there a proper person in your company who see’s all this n checks weather the things are right or not?
Then about the phone till 1 month everything was ok after that it stopped working. It didn’t even start for that whole day I tried to work something out that the phone could start but all in vain. Then I gave it to nokia care in Lower Parel they said that there is some problem that they did not knew so they took the phone and told me to collect after a week .then after a week I got my phone back it was working fine for a week then it started giving problems it started to hang, the phone automatically got switch off sometimes sometime the screen did not work as I was busy working so I did not got time to fix it. After a few days there was a cal from your side to ask whether I was satisfied with the phone but as you can see I was not so I told them the problem. So I thought that updating the phone will solve the problem but it got worst. Before update it only use to hang but not it directly switch offs and now for using my phone I have to remove my scratch guard for this touch screen phone to work I have to throw my scratch guard to make my phone work.
Now about ear phone, after every 10 minutes is stops for at least for a second then it continues it is from the starting when I bought the phone
Now about its memory card it doesn’t work properly whenever I attach it to the pc via USB so whenever I have to take something from my pc I have to use Bluetooth.
In this 6 months I have given my phone 2 times to nokia care updated it 1s, complaint for it many times but still it doesn’t work
I would like to tell you that me, my family n friend’s use to use nokia for its quality. But now the quality is worst then the Chinese handsets in the market. I did not buy other phone (sony, LG, Samsung etc) because it starts giving problems after 6 months. I trusted nokia buyed this cell but see this is the trust I got from you. Instead of trusting you I would have buyed any of this models in half of this price with a better quality and features. First I use to tell buy nokia it’s good but now I tell go for something else which is good n better I would see to it that any1 in my contact want to buy nokia phone I would make sure it does not buy it. I would make them think thousand times before buying nokia because of your cheap and third class quality
I did not write this latter for fun. But because of the problem I am facing. This is a small latter of complain might tell u how much physically and mentally troubled we are after fooled by you and paying you 22, 000. For you this amount is small but for us we have to work for the whole month. For us your quality is this then what will be the quality of the middle and the lower models?
I would like to tell you that after this repair if this phone does not work properly then I want my phone replaced, or my money back, or else I will go to the consumer court n ask for compensation.
