Espected sir/madam,
i brought a nokia 3110 classic phone on 31 december for cost of Rs.4450, but after sometime of usage i face a problem of power failure in my phone in march for that i contact to nokia care center but when they return my phone after that within 2 or 3 days i face this problem again so after that i give my phone 8 times more to nokia care center for the same problem but they return me my phone after this kind of temporary repair and when i said to them that "this problem is generating again and agin so please take a quick action and please replace my phone" so they always said to me that "we can't replace your phone till we can make it repaire" but reality is this they repaire my phone in temporary condition and after that i hav to face this problem again and again i m not geting any kind of help and support from nokia company and nokia care center so please kindly help me to recover me from this problem by taking an action on nokia company
