I had purchased Nokia 6275 CDMA handset in Nov 08 whose display is lost on 26 July 09. When contacted Nokia service center, i was told that this handset was manufactured by Nokia in early 2008 and warranty is lapsed. As a customer my warranty is intact if i calculate from my purchase date. This is real frustrating and annoying. Practically, if we go by company policy, i have purchased a handset which does not have a warranty
How can a company of repute like NOKIA dare do this?? They should not sell out of warranty handsets to customers and cheat them
