Respected Sir,

I, Mr. Fuzail Qureshi had bought a Nokia 5800 phone for INR Rs. 19, 750. In June some issue arises with the phone's display. Since the phone was in warranty i submitted the phone to the Nokia care center on 22nd June and they promised to repair and issue the phone back to me by 7th July. I didn't receive any update from Nokia's end on 7th july when i approached they informed that the phone is still not ready and was sent to delhi so they again promised 15th July for the delivery. Again on 15th July same thing happened. This tiime they provided standby phone to use and again promised to issue the phone by 29th July. Today they are again saying that the phone is not ready and saying that the phone will be ready by Saturday. i.e 1st August.

Employees at the Nokia care are not at all help. They being very rude and also they don't have any explaination for the delay.

Kindly look into the matter and suggest a solution for the Issue.
