Dear Sir,
I want to draw your kind attention towards my problem in My NOKIA make
handset. I had
purchased that mobile from welcome general store Ballbhgarh (
faridabad) on 11-11-06.
PROBLEM :
REPEATED PROBLEM IN HANDSET BUT STILL NO ACTION FROM NOKIA SIDE SINCE
LAST ONE MONTH .
NOKIA HANDSET N70 IMEI NO- 359381007187629 SCRAPEED AT NOKIA END BUT NO
REPLACEMNT OF NEW
HANDSET GIVEN TO ME.
PROBLEM HISTORY :
Pls note that my handset got a problem of " no charging " in aug-07 &
that time i got it
repaired from MODCAD COMMUNICATIONS FARIDABAD on 16-08-07. (DETAILED
ADDRESS GIVEN IN
ATTACHMENT)
But after aproximately one month i faced very same problem in my
handset & i again
offered it to MODCAD COMMUNICATION for repair on 18-09-07.
It was a repeated problem & was also mentioned in job sheet as
attached below.

Since then i am regularly following up with MODCAD COMMUNICATION even
after regular follow
up on phone, nobody is responding even they pepole are not picking up
the phone . & on
personal visit everytime they are not giving the proper response & i
receive a new
delivery date. Its been more than one month that i am waiting for my
handset.
As per MODCAD confirmation my mobile has been scrapped by NOKIA
SERVICE CENTRE IN DELHI
(OKHLA ) & i will be receiving a new handset.
I am working in a MNC & i need my mobile like anything for my job
assignments & projects.
Currently i am manging my jobs by asking a handset from my friend
circle.
But as a customer I feel this should not be a way of treating customer
like this by a
reputed name as " NOKIA INDIA LTD". There should be customer
satisfaction level for
servcing also.
I am feeling frustrated & these level of frustarion increasing when i
see " low battery "
signal on my mobile given by my friend these days.
I humbly request you to take the matter & help me out.
