My mobile No is 94444 10139 I used to remit cash to an authorised collection centre, Royal Xerox, Aminjikarai, Chennai.
On 15th of sep I have remitted a sum of Rs 985/- for 2 mobiles, 9444410139 and 1444441701. On 1st of Oct I received a msg from BSNL that the cheque issued by me for the 2 mobiles have been returned and I have to pay cash immediately.
It seems that the authorised agent has remitted the amount by means of a cheque which has been returned. Whose fault is this? Whether BSNL has to claim the amount from the authorised agent or from the customer?
