Phone SUCKS!!!

I paid 11 thousand rs for a nokia 5310 on 28th december...

the phone i got hangs every half hour when i get a message..

sent it to the BLOODY carfe center 3 times!!! Problem still persists!!

When i told the care centre manager that i'll appraoch the consumer court... he said..I DONT HAVT TO LISTEN TO YOUR SHIT!!! i couldnt believe it...

out of 25 days my phone has been with the care centre for 17days!!!

Ive asked for a replacement each time... they keep denying me!!!
