It is quite unfortunate by not receiving response from your end in connection with the trail mail.
I am very much dissappointed. This is not the way you would treat to your customer. Pl refer to trail mail resolve the issue immediately.
Second on Friday 12 November one of your representative from customercare informed me that I will be able to access Unique Number to claim sprecial offer: 14202441A100014805 after 48 hours once I lodge the complain. Still now I am unable to access. Will you please revalidate the number or else issue new number to claim FREE HOLIDAY VOUCHER.
With reference to the trail mail, I have received the parcel containing
Item No.: S2282, I1071, T1714, H1442, M1309, N0459 and N0691 against invoice No.: ARA100014805 dt. 28/10 (not clearly printed) and order No. OGA100009695 Dt. 20/10.

However regreted to inform you that as adviertised and intimated, I am still to receive the FREE GIFT voucher worth Rs.5000/-! This is very unfailr.
Also, to claim my Free Adidias Bag, I have logged in to http://offers.indiatodaybookclub.com/bag.htm. After logging I have been asked to enter unique promotion number and my e-mail id. I did entered Unique Number to claim sprecial offer: 14202441A100014805 and e-mail id [email protected] as presicribed in Invoice cum Delivery Note. Unfortunately your system has not accepted the same. I guess there is an error in priniting Unique Promotion Number.
Pl clarify and resolve this issue and arrnage to expedite the Addidas Bag and Free Gift Voucher Worth Rs.5000/- immediately without any further delay.
