Dear All,
Pls dont buy any items/electronic appliances from Adishwars, Banashankari, Bangalore.
They are all fake people.
My experience:
I booked a Videocon 29" flat TV for this Diwali.
They said they would deliver it promptly on 19th Oct.
But inspite of calling several times (I called them up 14 times... can u imagine), they didnt deliver my TV.
I had made the entire payment of 10990/- before itself at the time of booking.
Then finally, in the evening they said that the TV which they have was defective and they asked me to buy another brand.
(All this is a drama..beleive me..they just keep an offer saying that TV dvd - for Rs.10990/- and finally they make us buy something else of a higher price by fooling us around like this)
I then booked an LG 29" TV by paying additional 3000Rs.
They said they would promptly deliver it on 20th Oct at 12 noon.
But they did not do it...
Again I rang up around 8 times and nobody even bothered to pick my call.
I went in person to the showroom..
The most horrifying scene was...
THEY REPACK ALL THE MODELS KEPT FOR DISPLAY AND GIVE THE SAME TO THE CUSTOMERS WHEN NEW STOCK IS NOT AVAILABLE.
I SAW THIS HORRIFYING SCENE..THEY SAID THEY HAD TO DO IT BCOZ THE PRODUCTS WERE NOT IN STOCK.
I FINALLY ENDED UP BUYING MY TV AFTER A LOT OF TENSION... CONFUSION... WASTE OF TIME..MONEY... ENERGY..
PLS BANGALOREANS... NEVER GO TO ADISHWARS LTD...
