I want to Compalint against Oceanic Consultants Sco-124-126, Sec-9c, NR Standard Chartered Bank, Madhya MG, Sector-9, Chandigarh - 160009 for misleading me for Canadaian Education. I got a call from a Landline No 0172-4689050 Of Oceanic Consulatnts and she is saying that you are not eligible for Study in Canada. I think these kind of people are doing immigration fraud and also misleading the Students who are interested in Canada for further Studies. It is better to apply to a University directly not through these people. Please take an action against these people for misleading for

further studies in Canada. Thanks
