My name is Ket Nonting. I'm in Thailand, and would like to report a crime from Bangalore, India.
During March I was contacted by a language localization company called Adith Multilingual Services Pvt. Ltd. based in Bangalore, India.

I was then assigned by them to do two translation projects and all were completed in the month.
Their payment term is 45 days and is due in May, but since then they had postponed my payment month on month.
I've tried contacting them to settle the payment as their monthly pay out date approached, which is done during the third week of the month, all I got was email response to postpone to the next the payment time.
Three months have been passed and I'm now quite certain they are not going to pay me, because they ignored to response my email request for this time.
Their email are: Rajesh Kumar, Anitha, vijaya, surender.
I can't do anything to get them paid me because they are outside of my country and I don't know where to file complaint to.
I would be greatly appreciated if anyone can help me on this matter.
I can't telephone them because I'm not speaking good English and Indian accent is very strange to me.
